Temporary Water Right for Restoration Irrigation

Most restoration sites are likely to lack an irrigation source. On dry sites, first-year revegetation planting mortality can be very high, and the use of irrigation allows for the installation of smaller and more cost-effective stock. State code has provisions for the issuance of temporary water rights to support environmental enhancement.
