comox coast
Comox Coast is a tentative name for Middle Vancouver Island, for lack of a better example. I hope we can find some informants that can help us understand the natural regional identities of this geography. Comox is an anglicisation of K’omoks but is also a common place name with Comox Valley refering to the landscape around Courtney. To the north are the Discovery Islands (also within K’omoks territory).
