Scatter Creek Local Strategy Plan
A comprehensive planning effort for the Scatter Creek Watershed that was funded by Aquatic Species Restoration Program and guided by the Scatter Creek Sub-committee of the Chehalis Basin Partnership. The consulting firm Northwest Hydraulics Consultants (NHC) was hired to complete data acquisition and organization to support development of a coordinated Scatter Creek Local strategy.
