Tulalip Landfill Cleanup
The Tulalip Landfill was operated outside permits and allowed dumping of toxic materials which leached into the Snohomish Estuary. NRDA settlements led to the development of the Qwuloolt Restoration, the initiation of large scale restoration in the Estuary.
