Barnaby Reach Restoration
left|300px Barnaby Reach is a large-scale long-term floodplain restoration effort led by Skagit River System Cooperative with collaboration of WDFW, Seattle City Light, and TNC. Acquisition of a series of floodplain parcels including floodplain forest and oxbow lakes and wetlands creates a large opportunity for rearing of juvenile salmon on the mainstem Skagit River. The reach extends upstream from the Sauk River confluence.
